A roughly 10,000 m˛ section of Budafok’s robust cellar system has been home to the internationally award_winning Sauska sparkling wines since 2015.

This is the workshop where the dry base wines — made from grapes grown on our own Tokaj vineyards — arrive and are transformed into sparkling wine.

During our cellar tour, we share stories about Tokaj, Budafok, and the history of our cellar, reveal the secrets of traditional method sparkling winemaking, embark on a mystical time_travel experience through the hidden corners of the cellar, and of course, we taste as well.
